Full Service Restored

VICTORIA – BC Transit is pleased to report service levels in the Victoria Regional Transit System have been restored. Thanks to both a determined and dedicated staff and a strategic and successful hiring campaign, BC Transit has been able to reduce the maintenance backlog and once again exceed service delivery levels of 99 per cent; an industry-leading standard.

Over the past five months, BC Transit has continued to enhance communications with its customers. Improvements at our T-Comm Centre allow timely reporting on our website of operational issues effecting regular scheduled service. Please check www.bctransit.com for service updates.
