Free transit for Hot Nite and Ribfest in Kamloops

BC Transit and the City of Kamloops are happy to share that transit will be free for Hot Nite in the City and Ribfest, effective August 8 – 10, 2025.  

Check out the 31st annual Hot Nite Show and Shine taking over Downtown Kamloops or enjoy a day at Riverside Park for the annual Ribfest. Skip the parking pit stop – free transit service will be your ticket to ride! 

Please note that the following routes will continue to be detoured onto 6th Avenue for this event and ongoing construction: 

  • 6 Downtown Loop  
  • 9 Gleneagles  
  • 16 Juniper Ridge  
  • 17 Dallas  

Free transit is included for all conventional routes and handyDART service.
