Transit System: Cowichan Valley
Cowichan Valley – The Cowichan Valley Regional District and BC Transit are offering free rides to commemorate Remembrance Day.
For veterans and Canadian Forces members, free service will be offered on all regular transit and handyDART services until November 11, 2016 with presentation of identification.
Free service will be provided for all customers on November 11, 2016.
In Cowichan Valley, BC Transit will be operating a Sunday schedule for November 11, 2016. Please note that free service does not apply on commuter routes, and that Ladysmith, Youbou and Honeymoon Bay local routes do not operate on statutory holidays.
