Transit System: Pemberton Valley
BC Transit, the Village of Pemberton, Lil’wat First Nation, and the Squamish Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) are seeking the public’s input on potential fare and fare product changes to local transit service.
Transit fares are vital to maintaining and enhancing transit services in our region now and in the future. To establish fares that balance affordability, ridership growth and cost recovery in the coming years, BC Transit is conducting a fare review.
A public survey is available at engage.bctransit.com/pemberton-fare until May 25, 2025. Paper surveys will be available at the Pemberton Municipal Hall and Lil’Wat First Nation Office.
There will be an in-person event that will allow the public to fill out surveys and learn more about the fare change. This event is being held on May 14 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Community Development-Human Services office in Lil’wat, 203 Eagle Drive, Mount Currie.
