BC Transit and its regional partners* are informing customers of a seasonal service change for the Kelowna Regional Transit System, effective September 6, 2026.
Service will resume on Route 4 Pandosy/Orchard Park and Route 88 School Special. School trips on routes across the system will resume as well.
Minor changes will be made to the following routes:
- Route 13 Quail Ridge
- Route 84 Academy Way
- Route 98 Rutland/UBCO Express
Trips are being added to several routes across the system. These trips will be denoted by the ‘I’, ‘U’ and ‘S’ in the Riders Guide. This change includes new overload trips for school students on the following routes:
- Route 5 Gordon/Downtown
- Route 8 University/College
- Route 16 Mission
- Route 19 Glenmore/Orchard Park
- Route 32 The Lakes

BusReady offers educational resources, safety information, and practical trip-planning tools that help make the journey to and from school safer, easier and more comfortable for students.
