Transit System: Sunshine Coast
Sunshine Coast – The Sunshine Coast Regional District and BC Transit are adding more evening service hours on Wednesday, July 26 to Saturday, July 29 in support of the Sea Cavalcade in Gibsons.
Participants are encouraged to take public transit to the events because of road closures and limited parking.
The Sea Cavalcade Shuttle between Elphinstone School and Lower Gibsons, will run during the following hours:

Wednesday, July 26 from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Thursday, July 27 from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Friday, July 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
On Saturday, shuttle service will operate between Sechelt and Lower Gibson on the following schedule:

Departing Trail Bay: 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.

Departing Lower Gibsons: 7:45 p.m., 9:15 p.m., and 11:25 p.m.
Regular Saturday transit service will depart Lower Gibsons on route 90 Sechelt-Gibsons/Langdale Ferry Express at 11:57 p.m. and route 1 Sechelt-Gibsons/Langdale Ferry at 11:35 p.m.
People that saved their DayPASS from Canada Day, July 1, 2017, can reuse the pass for free travel on Saturday, July 29, 2017. The DayPASS is valid for transit services across the Sunshine Coast.
There will be a temporary bus stop at the Tourist Information Centre on Gibsons Way for the Northbound route.
