Transit System: Cowichan Valley
COWICHAN VALLEY – The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) and BC Transit are reaching out to their customers for feedback on a number of recent service changes. Staff will be on buses directly connecting with customers. Plus an online survey will be available.
On October 6, 2014, many service improvements were introduced to the Cowichan Valley Regional Transit System including new service from South Cowichan to Cowichan Station and from the Lake Cowichan area to Cowichan Commons. On-request services were also introduced to the Youbou and Honeymoon Bay routes.
Five months later, we want to hear from customers about those service changes. BC Transit and CVRD staff will conduct face-to-face customer surveys on buses from February 24 to 26, 2015. Customers are also encouraged to offer their feedback online via survey. The online survey will be live from February 20 to March 1, 2015.
The findings of the surveys will be shared with the CVRD Regional Engineering Services Committee in early spring.
