TERRACE – As part of the Riverboat Days celebrations, BC Transit is pleased to announce the five Terrace residents who entered and won a special online contest from July 22 – July 27. The winners were able to properly answer our contest questions:
Outside of which building in Terrace B.C. was the Terrace Transit System launched in 1980?
Answer: Terrace City Hall (seen in picture to left)
How many local routes serve Terrace in 2015?
Answer: Terrace has five local routes and four regional routes. A total of nine routes serve Terrace B.C.
Each winner will receive their choice of either a monthly bus pass, or a sheet of 10 bus tickets.

Residents are invited to enjoy a sweet treat at a special cake cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, August 1, outside of the Terrace Public Library.
In celebration of the past, BC Transit will also offer “Old Fashioned Fares” from August 4 – 8 at only 25 cents per ride.
