Call your local handyDART office to book a trip.

Booking hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Service hours
You can ride handyDART during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You can book trips up to 7 days in advance. Trips are subject to availability.
We recommend booking as early as possible to improve your chances of getting your preferred trip time.
Before you book
Have the following information ready:
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Preferred pickup or appointment time
- Information about your mobility aid, if applicable
- Details about your support person or companion, if applicable
How to cancel a trip
Cancel your trip as soon as possible if you no longer need it.
Early cancellations help make vehicles available for other riders.
You can cancel eligible trips by calling the handyDART office at 604-795-5121.
