Transit System: Comox Valley
Comox Valley – On Monday, May 21, the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) and BC Transit will offer free fare on route 2 Cumberland, making it easier and more convenient to get to Victoria Day festivities.
Route 2 Cumberland will run on a special holiday schedule to better connect customers to all Victoria Day activities in the area. There will be a few minor route alterations to accommodate the parade in Cumberland. After the parade, be sure to look for the parade bus in Village Park, and visit the CVRD’s transit booth between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to learn more about transit initiatives in the area, including the upcoming Commuter Challenge week (June 3-9).
