KELOWNA – For the continued safety of volunteers and customers, BC Transit along with Virgin Radio Kelowna, EZ Rock and AM 1150 have cancelled the annual Stuff-A-Bus event in Kelowna and West Kelowna to ensure continued alignment with public health orders.
We understand the importance of donations this time of year and although the event is no longer taking place, the need is still great so we encourage our community to donate online in an effort to fill the shelves of the Food Banks. Head to either of the three radio stations website pages for more information on how to support.
Throughout the pandemic, BC Transit and Bell Media continue to follow the guidance of the Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafe BC.
We appreciate the communities’ involvement in the past to support the Stuff-A-Bus fundraiser event in Kelowna and West Kelowna. We’ll see you in 2021 to continue helping those in need.
