GLOBAL – BC Transit wants to hear about your current experience using its new website.
BC Transit launched its new website on March 31, 2026, to make it easier for riders to plan trips, check schedules, view fares and stay up to date on service information.
Each month, about 200,000 people visit BCTransit.com, making it one of the most important tools riders use to plan their trips in transit systems across the province.
The new website reflects feedback from a 2024 survey and features a cleaner design, improved navigation and a mobile-friendly experience to support the more than 80 per cent of visitors who browse using their phones. Now that the site is live, BC Transit is asking people across the province to share their experience using it. Feedback will help identify what is working well, what needs improvement and what features should be prioritized next.
BC Transit wants to hear from riders whether they use the website often, occasionally, or for the first time. Input on the website design, trip planning, and the presentation of schedules and fares will help improve the digital experience for everyone.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. To participate, please visit engage.bctransit.com. The launch was an exciting milestone, and BC Transit looks forward to hearing from riders to support more improvements to the website.
