Transit System: Port Alberni
BC Transit has completed a feasibility study to determine potential service options and resources required to implement transit service options in the electoral areas surrounding Port Alberni to provide connections between Port Alberni and the communities of Sproat Lake, Beaver Creek, and Cherry Creek. Two service options were developed and the associated resources required to support those options were determined. A public open house and additional targeted engagement is being planned for October 2019 to solicit feedback on the proposed service options.
