BC Transit, the Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) and the City of Chilliwack are announcing some changes to transit fares and schedules.
Fare Change
Starting September 6, 2026, fares will be changing for conventional and handyDART riders in Chilliwack only, please see the chart below for new fares:

Service changes
On September 6, schedule changes will be made to various routes in the FVRD, including Route 66 FVX.
Starting September 8, 2026 the following changes will be made to routes in the Fraser Valley Regional District:
- Supplemental school trips on Route 51 Vedder will resume.
- Service will be seasonally discontinued on Route 56 Cultus Lake, and
- Sunday service on Route 71 Agassiz-Harrison will also be discontinued.
