BC Transit and the City of Prince George are advising customers of a fall service change and fare change, effective September 6, 2026.
Following a fare review, the City of Prince George approved a fare increase, the first in the region since 2019. As part of this fare change, the price for single rides on all routes and handyDART will increase to $2.75.

With the start of the fall semester, full service will resume on the following routes that serve schools:
- Route 12 Parkridge
- Route 15 UNBC/Downtown
- Route 55 5th/Victoria
- Route 96 Shas Ti Kelly Road
- Route 97 Shas Ti Kelly Road
