BC Transit, the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) and the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) are looking for feedback from transit customers on the first anniversary of the 70 NCX Nanaimo-Cowichan Express from April 3 until April 17, 2023.
BC Transit is looking to get feedback that will help fine-tune the service. This includes getting information about trip times, the limited stop policy and the possibility of expansion.
The 70 NCX Nanaimo-Cowichan Express was implemented in March 2022. The route was designed to provide all-day express service between Nanaimo and Duncan.
Starting today until April 17, passengers can visit engage.bctransit.com/ncx2023 to take part in this survey.
