Funding for the transit service is cost shared between the City of Merritt, Thompson Nicola Regional District, Lower Nicola Indian Band and BC Transit.

Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by the Merritt City Council based on information and planning provided by the Municipal Systems Program of BC Transit.

The transit system is operated by Nicola Valley Transportation Society.
