Funding for the Kelowna Regional Transit System is cost shared between the City of Kelowna, District of West Kelowna, District of Lake Country, Central Okanagan Regional District, and BC Transit.

Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by City and District Councils and the Regional District Board based on information and planning provided by BC Transit.

The buses are operated by FirstCanada ULC.
