BC Transit’s Voice of the Rider Panel connects our riders directly with the projects, surveys, and decisions that make transit better across British Columbia. You can see ongoing and completed projects by accessing our engagement page here.
By joining, you’ll share your feedback on new routes, schedules, infrastructure, and rider experience, helping us understand what’s working and where we can improve.
Who can participate?
You can join if you:
- Ride BC Transit or live in a BC Transit-served community, and
- Want to share ideas that help improve public transit in BC.
How can you make your opinion count?
- Register – Sign up at engage.bctransit.com/register using a valid email address.
- Take part – You’ll receive at most two engagement invitations each month.
- Share your feedback – Most surveys take 5–10 minutes to complete.
Participation is always up to you, join the projects that matter most to you and your community.
Types of Projects
You’ll see engagement projects such as:
- New routes, schedules, and service hour changes
- Infrastructure and stop improvements
- Rider satisfaction and market surveys
Projects are listed as:
- Featured – open for feedback
- Ongoing – closed for feedback
- Completed – change implemented
- Upcoming – available soon
How We Use Your Feedback
- You can follow each project from start to finish.
- We share updates and final reports so you can see how your input makes a difference.
Staying Connected
- We’ll email you when a new project opens for the panel.
- You’ll receive no more than two invitations per month, so your inbox won’t get crowded.
Rewards
- Every time you participate, you’ll have a chance to win a $100 gift card.
- Two gift cards are awarded each month.
