Cash Balance

Cash Balances are deducted from Umo as trips are taken. Cash Balance payments are automatically issued a digital transfer at the time of onboard validation.

A Cash Balance can be purchased:

• In the Umo app
• In-person at a BC Transit retail vendor
• Online at ca.umopass.com
• By calling Umo customer service at 877-380-8181

A Cash Balance can be loaded from $5.00 and up.
