On-Request offers pick-up and drop-off service as an extension of a fixed-route. Any location within your transit system qualifies. All customers are eligible to use this service.
On-Request service is limited to two per trip. Priority is given to the first to call and people with mobility challenges.
Pick-up: Call 24 hours ahead to book. Bookings received less than 25 hours ahead will be subject to availability.
Drop-off: Ask the driver when you board.
Examples of locations: a house, childcare centre, or employment site.

- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:15 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
