Cash Balance is a new fare product for riders using a Umo payment method. A rider’s Umo app or Umo card can be loaded with a set dollar amount to be drawn from as additional trips are taken. A Cash Balance can be purchased in the Umo app, at a Umo retail vendor location, through ca.umopass.com, or with the support of Umo customer service at 877-380-8181.
The Umo app and reloadable Umo card will both cap your Cash Balance withdraw after your second trip of the day and apply an electronic DayPASS to your payment method.
