On-Request

On-Request offers curb-to-curb pickup and drop-off service Monday to Friday. All customers are eligible to use this service.

Booking:

Passengers must pre-book their trips 24 hours ahead. Before you call, be ready with the following information:

• Name and telephone number
• Pickup and destination location
• Time of travel
• Mobility equipment used (e.g., Wheelchair)
  • If using a wheelchair, ensure it is equipped with a lap belt.

Please be ready to travel five minutes before the scheduled pickup. The driver can wait a maximum of five minutes past your scheduled time.

Qualifying areas are:

Wyndhaven, Sunshine Valley and Lower Blackpool via Route #2 Blackpool

2 Blackpool, Monday to Friday

Time:

• Wyndhaven: 9:05 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 4:10 p.m.
• Sunshine Valley: 9:16 a.m., 1:20 p.m., 4:25 p.m.
• Lower Blackpool: 9:20 a.m., 1:25 p.m., 4:30 p.m.

These times are approximate.

You can book your return trip at the same time as you book your pickup time. The bus can make only one deviation on each of the 2 Blackpool trips.

The District of Clearwater, Monday to Friday

Time: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
