Cash Balance

Cash Balances are deducted from as trips are taken. Cash Balance payments are automatically capped after your second payment of the day. Once capped, you can continue to validate a Umo app or card aboard the bus without incurring an additional charge.

A Cash Balance can be purchased:

• In the Umo app
• In-person at a BC Transit retail vendor
• Online at ca.umopass.com
• By calling Umo customer service at 877-380-8181

A Cash Balance can be loaded from $5.00 and up.
