Refund Policy

Refunds are given for unused products such as a full sheet of tickets and monthly passes returned prior to the month indicated on the pass. Refunds are by cheque only.

Vendors do not refund BC Transit fare products. Return your unused fare products with the original receipt to Comox Valley Regional District.
