A Transfer allows a rider to transfer onto a second bus within 90 minutes of their original trip’s departure without incurring an additional fare.
When Transfers are Issued
- Riders travelling on the 100 Pemberton Local route are issued a transfer for Local services but must pay the Commuter fare when transferring onto the 99 Pemberton Commuter route.
- Riders travelling the 99 Pemberton Commuter route towards Pemberton are issued a Transfer fare product to transfer onto the 100 Pemberton Local route without incurring an additional charge.
- Rider travelling on the 99 Pemberton Commuter route towards Whistler Village are not issued a transfer and must pay the appropriate Whistler Transit System fare to continue to travel in Whistler.
How to Use a Transfer
- If paying with cash, please request a paper Transfer from the bus driver at the time of payment and submit the transfer to your next driver upon boarding your second bus.
- An electronic Transfer will be automatically applied to your Umo payment method. Please tap or scan your original payment method on your second bus to continue to travel without incurring an additional charge.
