- We help riders in the order we receive calls, and we give priority to people with mobility challenges.
How to Book a Pick-Up
Call us at least two weeks in advance.
To secure your spot, please book before 2:30 p.m.
Setting Your Drop-Off Location
When you book your trip, tell the dispatcher where you’d like to go. We’ll confirm your drop-off location during the call.
Examples of locations: a house, childcare centre, or employment site.
