A Transfer allows a rider to connect onto a second bus within 90 minutes of their original trip’s departure without incurring an additional fare.
- If paying with cash, please request a paper Transfer from the bus driver at the time of payment and submit the transfer to your next driver upon boarding your second bus.
- An electronic Transfer will be automatically applied to your Umo payment method. Please tap or scan your original payment method on your second bus to continue to travel without incurring an additional charge. Electronic Transfers are issued on Cash Balance, Single Ride, and 10 Ride fare products only. 30-Day Pass and Annual Pass fare products do not receive an electronic Transfer.
A transfer issued in the Prince Rupert Transit System is not valid in the Port Edward Transit System.
