Wedocs is a plugin that allows you to create a knowledge base or documentation section on your WordPress website. Here’s a brief overview of how to use it:

  1. Create a new document: Once you’ve installed the Wedocs plugin, you can create new documents by going to the “Wedocs” section in your WordPress dashboard and clicking “Add New”. Here, you can give your document a title, write the content, and assign it to a category.
  2. Add categories and tags: You can organize your documents by adding categories and tags. To add a category, go to the “Wedocs” section in your WordPress dashboard and click “Categories”. Here, you can create new categories and assign them to your documents. To add tags, simply add them to your documents when creating or editing them.
  3. Customize the appearance of your documents: Wedocs allows you to customize the appearance of your documents by using templates. To access the templates, go to the “Wedocs” section in your WordPress dashboard and click “Templates”. Here, you can choose from pre-designed templates or create your own custom template.
  4. Add a search bar: You can make it easy for your visitors to find what they’re looking for by adding a search bar. To do this, go to the “Appearance” section in your WordPress dashboard and click “Widgets”. Here, you can add the “Wedocs Search” widget to your sidebar or another widget area.
