• This plugin is setup at the network level and activated at the network level
• This plugin is designed to create forms and is being used for the system’s contact forms
• To create a new form, go to Contact > Contact Forms > Add new
• Use the existing pre-populated fields to create a form
• Update the mail settings to adjust the message that the recipient receives

• To add a form to a page, you’ll need to add the shortcode gutenberg block and paste in the shortcode presented at the top of the form

• reCAPTCHA is added to each subsite to prevent spam email submissions
• This is the v3 version which requires both the Site Key and the Secret Key
• These can be added in Contact > Integration > reCAPTCHA > Setup Integration
