A completed plan is a plan that has finished development and has been approved by the local, regional, or municipal government of the area. The outlook of a completed plan can be many years in the future, thus the actions or improvements outlined may or may not have been implemented in the system. Transit Service Plan
Routing, specifications for service, and bus stop planning for the West Coast Regional (Tofino-Ucluelet) Transit System was prepared in collaboration between BC Transit and the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District. This work was guided by the 2020 Transit Service Plan, which built on a previous feasibility study, and included detailed analysis, and two phases of public engagement.
