Create a page with the title and slug of News – /news

Activating the News Archive
To set the newly created page to be the site’s archive page go to Setting > Reading and set the Post Pages page in the dropdown to the newly created News page
Post Preview
Once this archive page has been created and set as the ‘Posts Page’, all posts on the main site with the category of ‘Global’ or of the matching transit system ex: ‘Kelowna’ will appear as post previews
Filtering
News article filtering is available in the sidebar. Articles can be filtered by category, month, and year.
