Strategic Planning

Transforming Your Journey

Strategic Plan Timeline Infographic

BC Transit is embarking on a strategic planning process to define our strategic roadmap for the next five to 10 years. Our last update to the strategic plan occurred in 2009 and with expected changes in the transportation landscape it is time to refresh our plan.

The strategic planning process will define our collective vision, purpose, values and support our corporate culture. The outcome of this process will be a refreshed Corporate Strategic Plan themed Transforming Your Journey.

The new Strategic Plan will guide our future decision making and direct our actions based on real and measurable goals.

We will need your input! Over the coming months we will be seeking input from stakeholders and customers, and will provide you with more details about opportunities. Feedback and ideas are valued and we want to ensure we can reflect as many as possible as we build out this new strategic plan.

Please check back here for more details over the coming months.

If you have questions about the strategic plan process, please contact Matthew Boyd at Matthew_Boyd@BCTransit.com or 250-995-5677.
