The strategic planning process will define our collective vision, purpose, values and support our corporate culture. The outcome of this process will be a refreshed corporate strategic plan themed Transforming Your Journey. The new strategic plan will guide our future decision making and direct our actions based on real and measurable goals.
Implementation of the new strategic plan will begin after approval by the BC Transit Board of Directors. It will be important that we work as a team to implement the new strategic plan into our day-to-day work and long-term planning.
