BC Transit’s new online Customer Alert System provides a more stable and reliable platform to keep our customers informed about service updates.
Like the previous system, the new platform shares the most up-to-date service impacts and lets you sign up for route-specific email notifications.
To receive email alerts, customers will need to create a simple personal account using a valid email address and username. They can still view alerts without an account.
A digital operator’s manual is also available with both visual and written guidance to help you navigate every part of the new platform.
