handyDART Monthly Passes and Tickets
Refunds are given for unused handyDART fare products such as a full sheet of tickets and monthly passes returned prior to the month indicated on the pass. Refunds are by cheque only.
Vendors do not refund BC Transit fare products. Return your unused fare products with the original receipt to Comox Valley Regional District.

Umo Fare Product Refunds
Need a refund? Here’s how it works.
- You can get a refund for any unused Fare Product purchased through Umo.
- Refunds are not available for partially used or expired products.
- For Cash Balances, refunds are available for amounts of $10 or more.
To request a refund, contact Umo Customer Service at 877-380-8181. Refunds go back to the payment card linked to your account.
If you bought through a Umo vendor, Umo Customer Service will collect your payment details and BC Transit will process your refund within 15 business days.
