BC Transit and the Town of Smithers are seeking public feedback regarding the local transit system with a survey, starting today until August 17, 2025.
A Transit Future Service Plan is being developed and will help guide transit service and infrastructure decisions over the coming years.
The survey, which is available at engage.bctransit.com/smithers2025, will discuss some preliminary transit improvements and also seeks ideas for future improvements to the transit system.
BC Transit representatives will be in the Village of Telkwa on July 18 and at the Smithers Main Street Market on July 19 to gather more information and answer any questions.
