Transit System: West Kootenay
BC Transit and the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary are advising customers that the West Kootenay Transit system ski bus, route 48 to Red Mountain, will end service on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Route 48 to Red Mountain will be running every day during spring break.
The Red Mountain Ski bus will return later this year, at the start of ski season in December.
