They\u2019re here to help you feel confident using transit. Whether you\u2019re planning a trip, finding your stop, or connecting to your next bus, you\u2019ll have the support you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Transit Ambassadors do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Transit Ambassadors provide support at transit exchanges, bus stops and on board buses. They can help you with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wayfinding and trip planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding fares and payment options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General questions about riding with BC Transit<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile has-primary-light-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to spot them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can easily recognize a Transit Ambassador by their:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Blue BC Transit shirt<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coat with \u201cTransit Ambassador\u201d on the back<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you see one while you\u2019re travelling, say hello.
