BC Transit and the City of Kelowna are advising customers of a service change, effective April 27, 2025.
With the spring semester wrapping up for post-secondary students, service is being reduced on the following routes:
Route 4 Pandosy Express
Route 6 Glenmore/UBCO Express
Route 8 University/College
Route 13 Quail Ridge
Route 84 Academy Way
Route 97 Okanagan
Service on routes 13 and 84 will continue to operate through the day during the week.
As part of this service change, Route 15 Crawford will convert to fully OnDemand. This means that the trips that ran at 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. will no longer operate. Riders will now be required to book their trips ahead of time using the OnDemand app.
We encourage our customers to use the Umo app, Google Transit or any other app of their choice for real-time bus tracking and planning your next transit journey.
