Service change in the Pemberton Valley Transit System

May 22, 2019
Transit System: Pemberton Valley

Pemberton – BC Transit is informing customers of a service change in the Pemberton Valley Transit System starting on June 3, 2019.

BC Transit and the Village of Pemberton work hard to match service with demand, following the input received from the public, this service change will provide customers from Pemberton more viable transit options for their daily commute.

The service change will include an additional round-trip per day on the 99 Pemberton Commuter. The 99 Pemberton Commuter will operate the additional trip in the evening. The route will depart the Gondola Transit Exchange in Whistler at 9:15 p.m. to Pemberton, and depart the Pemberton Hotel in Pemberton at 9:50 p.m. back to Whistler.

This service change is based on feedback gathered from public engagement through an online survey conducted in February 2019.
