Here\u2019s how it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can get a refund for any <strong>unused Fare Product <\/strong>purchased through Umo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are <strong>not available<\/strong> for partially used or expired products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>Cash Balances<\/strong>, refunds are available for amounts of <strong>$10 or more<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a refund, contact <strong>Umo Customer Service at 877-380-8181<\/strong>.
