What is Health Connections?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Health Connections is a transit service providing communities with accessible transportation options to access non-emergency medical appointments. Although medical appointments have priority, everyone is eligible to use this service if space is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking a trip<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Call 1-855-993-3100<\/a> Ext 1 to book your trip. Book your trip by 2 p.m. the previous day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let your doctor know<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When scheduling medical appointments with a doctor, let the receptionist know that you will be using Health Connections. Although medical appointments have priority, everyone is eligible to use this service if space is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accessibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have mobility issues, special service will be available. Please call the route operator to make arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
