During the online application process, ensure you attach the following three documents in the Attachments step (this is a mandatory step; attachments must be in PDF format):
A 5 year Driver’s Abstract dated within the past 30 days. Please include both the Provincial (P) abstract and the National (N) abstract. If you have lived in more than one province or jurisdiction within the past 5 years, please include your driver’s abstract from all applicable insurance providers, such as ICBC.
An unaltered copy of your Class 5 Driver’s License. If you already hold a Class 1 or 2 commercial license or Class 2 leaner’s with #15 air brake temporary restriction, please include an unaltered copy of your driver’s license (both front and back).

A current 5 year insurance Claims Experience Summary from your insurance provider, such as ICBC.

if you have lived in more than one province or jurisdiction(s) in the past 5 years, please include your claims history from all applicable auto insurance providers from the past 5 years.

If you have not resided in BC for the past five years or have not held ICBC motor vehicle insurance for a period of time within the past five years, please attach an unaltered copy of your insurance claims history letter from the insurance company with which you have previously held vehicle insurance.
