BC Transit and the Regional District of Central Kootenay are asking residents to identify a more effective delivery of transit service that best supports the community and the needs of the residents.

| Option 1 | Fixed-route "shopper shuttle" buses follow a route and schedule |
| Option 2 | Flexible-route "shopper shuttle" buses mostly follow a route and schedule but can make short detours |
| Option 3 | handyDART only buses provide door-to-door service and are primarily for people with disabilities |
(Shopper shuttles typically connect residential areas and/or seniors' residences with local shops and services.)
