Transit Future Creston Valley

BC Transit and the Regional District of Central Kootenay are asking residents to identify a more effective delivery of transit service that best supports the community and the needs of the residents.

Residents are encouraged to participate at the open house or take the online survey here:

Option 1 Fixed-route "shopper shuttle"
buses follow a route and schedule
Option 2 Flexible-route "shopper shuttle"
buses mostly follow a route and schedule but can make short detours
Option 3 handyDART only
buses provide door-to-door service and are primarily for people with disabilities

(Shopper shuttles typically connect residential areas and/or seniors' residences with local shops and services.)
