Funding for the Terrace Regional Transit System is cost shared among the City of Terrace, the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine and BC Transit.

Decisions about fares, routes and service levels are made by Terrace City Council, based on information and planning provided by the Municipal Systems Program of BC Transit.

The Conventional and handyDART transit systems are operated by Coastal Bus Lines Ltd.
