Highlands route Detour Still In effect Please note that the Highlands #2 Bus to the Highlands does not travel down Diamond Head Road on its way into the Highlands. We are currently continuing down Garibaldi Way and turning left onto Mamquam Road. All stops along Diamond Head Road are not open to go into the Highlands, but will be accessed by the buses on its way to Downtown. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
