handyDART is a shared-ride service for persons who have a disability
that is sufficiently severe that the person is unable to use
conventional transit service without assistance. This service
is provided to and from accessible building entrances.
Registration
The first step to using the handyDART service is to register.
There is no fee, and it is as simple as making a phone call.
To register call 250-832-0191 from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1:00-3:30
p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if the dispatcher
is not available.
When you call, the dispatcher will ask your name, mailing address
and telephone number, and ask you some questions about your
level of mobility and the disability that prevents you from
using the fixed-route transit service.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
