Transit System: Powell River
The qathet Regional District and BC Transit informed customers today that effective Tuesday, October 12, scheduled times for the 12 Stillwater that go to Saltery Bay are being adjusted to match BC Ferries’ Saltery Bay – Earls Cove route to ensure customers can connect to the ferry sailings. Customers who need transportation from Earls Cove can book with the Sunshine Coast Connector service by visiting sunshinecoastconnector.ca.
The 14 Lund route schedule is also being adjusted and will operate two days a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
BC Transit also reminds customers that in alignment with the Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafeBC, face coverings are required on all BC Transit buses, and are encouraged at bus stops.
