handyDART is a transportation service for persons who have a disability that
is sufficiently severe that the person is unable to use conventional transit service
without assistance. handyDART service is provided to and from accessible building
entrances. handyDART RegistrationYou must be registered with the
handyDART office before you can use the service.(There is no registration fee.)
To register, call 395-2834 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. If the
dispatcher is not available, please leave a message. When you call, the
handyDART staff will ask your name, mailing address and telephone number, then
send you an application package. Please return your completed application to the

a handyDART Trip To book a trip with handyDART, call 395-2834. If the
dispatcher is not available at the time you called, someone will call you back
to confirm your booking. Please call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled
pickup time. There are two types of service: - Regular subscription
trips once a week or more often.
- One-time trips for purposes such as shopping,
social visits or recreational activities.
Cancelling a TripIf
your plans change, and you no longer need your handyDART reservation, please call
395-2834 as soon as possible so that the handyDART staff can schedule a trip for
